In 2010, Brian Bonar, was chosen as Executive of the Year in Finance, by the Cambridge Who’s Who. He was one of four chosen for his leadership skills in business, his professional achievements, and his academic accomplishments over the years.
The knowledge Brian Bonar has gained over his 30 years of doing business has led to the successful establishment of Dalrada Financial. Dalrada provides their clients with employee programs and customized services, such as, insurance, business outsourcing, and financial decision making. The passion for success Bonar shows in his own life can be seen through the growth and commitment of Dalrada Financial.
Bonar earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, and his graduate and Doctorate degrees from Stafford University in the UK. From 1992 to 1994, Bonar worked with Dalrada as Director of Technology Sales and moved his way up the ladder, in 1994, to Vice President, Sales and Marketing.
He didn’t stay in that position long, for he became Executive Vice President, then Director, then President and Chief Operating Officer, and finally CEO in 1998. He became Chairman of the Board by 1999. In addition to his position at Dalrada, in 2010 Bonar accepted the position of CEO and Chairman of Trucept Inc., formerly known as Star-Tek Solutions, and he became CEO of Amanda Co. Inc..
Escondido, California has a new restaurant, called Bellamy’s, that Bonar has personally taken under his wing. He bought the restaurant, formally known as Tango, and has been able to make a few changes through the hiring of front man, Trevor Da Costa, and Mike Reidy as executive chef.
According to Bloomberg, Brian Bonar calls it his mini-empire, because there is a 144 acre property nearby that he has plans of turning into a quality event space and restaurant. Bellamy’s includes an astonishing menu, with the combination of expertise from the French chef, Ponsaty, and the newest addition to his team, Reidy.
The two chefs are the perfect combination of knowledge, and the food is incredible. With a staff that goes beyond what is expected and food that delights the senses, Bellamy’s is now one of the best restaurants to visit in San Diego.
