Plumb Scholarship |

This modest grant is awarded annually to outstanding high school seniors for exceptional achievement in the visual arts, music, journalism, architecture or interior design. The scholarship is intended for those who will major in the arts in a four-year college.
The Island School Council for the Arts (ISCA) is pleased to announce the 2009 recipients of the Plumb Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to students of exceptional merit planning a career in the arts. “The work and level of commitment of these students is to be commended,” said Linda Eigenmann, Plumb Scholarship chair. The following students will receive $500.00 to $1,000.00 for their 2009/10 college year.

This program brings professional artists into the classroom for hands-on teaching of art. These residencies typically support the curriculum being studied or the arts curriculum of the district. New programming will bring artists into the greater community for exposure to more students. |
