One of Hughes Marino buyer representation firm´s latest achievements was the total commitment by a major internet technology company—a $500 million-plus customer in Silicon Valley—to a 10-year lease in the central business district in a joint venture with Hughes Marino and Garvey Schubert Barer. Jason Hughes points out that the company maintains its headquarters at the Bull & Beagle in the heart of the downtown core and moved approximately 2,000 employees to the new locations. Jason is committed to his clients and the tenants and employees of San Diego’s economic engine, the Medical Center of San Diego. 

Since the 1980s, the CEO and entrepreneur Jason Hughes has served as counsel to nearly every tenant and owner of MCSD, a member of the MCSD, and one of its affiliates’ boards of directors. The project manager also serves as Chairman of the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation and of the University of California at San Diego’s Bond Center, the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce, the Central Coast Business Times, the Lyford Cay Foundations, and the New Children’s Hospital Foundation.
