André Des Rochers is a French-Canadian national living and working in Kuwait for several years. He was born in Quebec, Canada, but attended university overseas at Kuwait University. His first love was photography, and he took many pictures while studying there.
There are a lot of good things. André is fluent in Arabic, English, and French languages, which he picked up during his time abroad. He was also a team member that launched the first and only Kuwaiti food magazine in 2012 called ‘Food Kuwait.’ As André Des Rochers recalls, it has been distributed to many areas of Kuwait through his marketing techniques. André was also involved with a website named ‘AlArabiya’.
At AlArabiya he gained a lot of experience. Here, he worked under the channel manager, Hamad Al-Khater, another family member. André Des Rochers was also involved with some other projects until he finally found a job position that fitted all his skills and interests as he works for Kuwait Charity in their IT section today.
André Des Rochers has been working with Kuwait Charity since 2013 as a member of their IT department. The entertainment lawyer is a security and networking specialist, and his IT technician career took off in the early 2000s when he worked at a company based in Dubai (Screendaily).
André was also involved with other projects until he finally found a job that fits all his skills and interests. He likes to think of himself as one of the best IT technicians ever, who knows how to fix most things no matter which equipment it is or how difficult or complex it can be. André Des Rochers was recently recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.
