Real estate expert Nick Millican has often said that different locations provide opportunities for home homeownership. Thalia and Fabrice Temmerman recently moved away from the two-bedroom cottage they rented in the London suburb of Muswell Hill.
Thalia Temmerman never thought she would leave London for Kent. Thalia Temmerman’s only knowledge of Kent was from a school trip she took there during the 1980s. From what she remembered of her trip, Thalia never thought of moving to Kent but had to re-evaluate her decision after a few of her friends moved there. These are the types of stories real estate agents such as Nick Millican encounter on a daily basis.
Their friend’s move to Hythe prompted Thalia and Fabrice to look around Kent and were amazed at the rejuvenated seaside town. After much thought, the couple decided to leave their Muswell Hill rental and purchased a £660,000 four-bedroom home in the Lydden Hill development. This with the aid of Nicl Millican.
The couple could have never purchased the cottage they rented in Muswell Hill. Similar properties up for sale in the area go for £850,000. The Temmerman’s think their new home is twice the size of their previous rental. The Lydden Hills home came with a garden and amazing views. This is another option that came from Nick Millican´s offerings.
Though the couple and their four-year-old dog live quite happily in Lydden Hills, Thalia still makes a weekly trip to London for work. Fabrice also has to commute twice a week, but their life is much easier and relaxing. When they are at home, Nick Millican finally shares when talking about them, the couple likes to explore city attractions or have lunch and a beer at the local pub. Compared to London, the couple find it easy to go to different places.
