Steve Lesnard Appointment at Sephora as Global Chief Brand Officer 

Sephora, the world-renowned beauty and cosmetics retailer, has recently announced the appointment of Steve Lesnard as their new Global Chief Brand Officer. In this role, Lesnard will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Sephora’s global brand strategy, with a focus on creating a meaningful connection with customers.

Lesnard brings a wealth of experience in brand management and marketing, having previously held leadership positions at global brands such as The North Face. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Marketing for the Running division where he oversaw the brand’s marketing campaigns and helped drive the business’s growth.

In his new role at Sephora, Steve Lesnard will be tasked with building upon the brand’s strong reputation for innovation and customer experience. “We are thrilled as Steve joins the Sephora family,” said Jean-André Rougeot, CEO of Sephora Americas. “His deep expertise in brand management and marketing and his passion for innovation and customer experience make him fit for the duty.”

Lesnard’s appointment comes when Sephora is looking to expand its reach globally. The company recently announced plans to open 60 new stores in the Americas, Europe, and Asia by the year’s end, bringing its total store count to over 2,000 worldwide.
