He said that while many other restaurants are reducing the number of rewards that people can get, Zaxby’s is increasing awards. Patrick stated that the customer response has exceeded the expectations that company had set. The restaurant app is extremely popular and has a 4.7 rating in the app store. Patrick also stated that it is easier for people to take advantage of the rewards that they are eligible for.
For example, people who order food through the Zaxby’s app on Sunday can get their food delivered for free. They can also get free delivery on other days of the week at select times. People earn rewards every time that they order food from the restaurant. Customers get a $1 reward for every 10 points that they earn. These points can be redeemed to get free food items off of the menu.
There are currently 900 restaurant locations. Seventeen states have this restaurant. The company’s headquarters are located in Athens, Georgia.
